By accessing or using Fuyoura (fuyoura.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Service Description

Fuyoura provides social media marketing (SMM) services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and engagement services for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram. Services are delivered through our automated panel system.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

3. Wallet and Payments

  • Funds are added to your wallet balance before placing orders.
  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Crypto and manual deposit methods are supported.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for orders that fail to start within 72 hours of placement.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed orders at our discretion.
  • No refunds for completed orders or orders where incorrect links were submitted.
  • Deposit refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days.
  • To request a refund, contact jiangfei491@gmail.com with your order ID.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure all submitted links are correct and publicly accessible.
  • Do not use our services for illegal activities or to violate platform terms of service.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the platform.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, or enforcement actions at any time. Fuyoura does not guarantee permanent retention of followers, likes, or other metrics. Some services may experience drops after delivery, which is inherent to the nature of SMM services.

We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, or any social media platform. Use of our services is at your own risk. We are not liable for account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party API outages may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fuyoura's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform.
