Terms of Service - Fuyoura

By accessing or using Fuyoura (fuyoura.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Service Description

Fuyoura provides phone-number verification (OTP / SMS receiving) services for mainstream applications and websites. Numbers are supplied through our automated system; a code is delivered to the customer when the corresponding SMS arrives. Business and bulk customers may be granted dedicated lines and API access.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
One person may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

3. Wallet and Payments

Funds are added to your wallet balance before placing orders.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Crypto and manual deposit methods are supported.
Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for orders that fail to start within 72 hours of placement.
Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed orders at our discretion.
No refunds for completed orders or orders where incorrect links were submitted.
Deposit refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days.

5. User Responsibilities

Ensure all submitted links are correct and publicly accessible.
Do not use our services for illegal activities or to violate platform terms of service.
Do not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the platform.
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Mobile carriers and the services you register with may change their policies, number ranges, or anti-fraud rules at any time. Fuyoura does not guarantee that any particular number will receive a code, that a number can be reused, or that a registration will succeed. A number is charged only when a verification code is actually delivered.

We are not affiliated with any of the applications or websites for which verification codes may be received. Use of our services is at your own risk, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of the services you register with. We are not liable for account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party API outages may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fuyoura's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform.
